Repossi offers a complimentary return service for all orders within 14 days of receipt, provided the jewelry is in its original condition with all security tags intact. We ensure a seamless process to maintain the high standards of our Maison's craftsmanship and client service.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account or visit our 'Order Status' page to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Authorization Number.

  Prepare the Package

  Place the jewelry in its original Repossi box and protective packaging, ensuring the authenticity card and all original documentation are included.

• 3.
  Schedule a Collection

  Use the prepaid shipping label provided in your original parcel and contact our concierge or the designated carrier to arrange a secure pickup at your convenience.

• 4.
  Quality Inspection & Refund

  Once our master jewelers verify the condition of the piece, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 business days.
